Leadership Vancouver Island (LVI) is a grassroots, community-focussed leadership development program for those living and working in central island communities. We inspire and generate outstanding leadership, learning, and service by leading self, leading others, and leading community. The program offers professional training, coaching support, and hands-on learning opportunities for leaders to realize and grow their potential as individuals and global citizens. LVI Graduates develop their unique capacity to lead themselves and others, create meaningful community connections, and collaborate with others to effect long-term, positive change through applied community projects.
